In 2006, during my time studying in Cologne, I discovered Kundalini Yoga.

I had already tried a few other yoga styles before, but I quickly noticed that different Kriyas had a direct effect.

Since then I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga almost every day.
At the end of 2016, I decided to attend yoga teacher training at the Institute for Yoga and Health in Cologne, which I successfully completed in 2018. The focus here was on the yoga styles: Shivananda, Ashtanga, fascia and Kundalini yoga
