I am a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, and started my training with Theresa Rowland, Studio Yoga, New Jersey, USA. After moving to Boston, I continued studying with Patricia Walden and Jarvis Chen, where I completed my second teacher training. In addition to attending several lessons a week with my main teachers.

I participated in workshops by several internationally renowned Iyengar Yoga teachers including Lois Steinberg, Sri Arun, Marla Apt, Gabriella Giubilaro, Stephanie Quirk, Roger Cole, Elise Miller, Garth McLean, and Eyal Shifroni.
